In an effort to keep our communities safe, all applicants must undergo a full background check including credit history, credit score, rental history, and criminal background check. To meet income requirements, your gross income must be 2.5 times the base rent. You will be asked to verify your income by uploading recent pay stubs, an offer letter, or 3 months of recent bank statements. Our units are in high demand, so we recommend starting your application as soon as possible. We look forward to welcoming you to the community!

Parking is first come first serve for residents. All vehicles must be registered with the office for overnight parking.
Rent is always due on the 1st of the month and made payable to Hairston Woods.

Hairston Woods features Valet Trash so residents can leave trash or recycling by their door (at select times) and a team member will remove it. Residents can also take out their own trash or recycling to the designated trash bins.
